We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance for standard packages, and 3–6 months ahead for popular periods such as spring in Japan, summer in the Mediterranean, or the Christmas holidays. Last-minute bookings may be possible — please contact us directly.
Absolutely. All of our packages are fully customisable. You can extend stays, add excursions, upgrade accommodations, or completely build a bespoke itinerary from scratch. We pride ourselves on personalised service.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before departure. Between 30–60 days, a 25% fee applies. Within 30 days, a 50% fee applies. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
We partner with several reputable travel insurance providers and can assist you in finding the most suitable coverage for your trip. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all our packages.
